Cool weather and gentle rains inspire us to head indoors during the winter in Corvallis. Music and theater take center stage and we look forward to concerts, plays, comedy and more. It's a great time for cozying up in the intimate tasting rooms of our craft distilleries, breweries and wineries, tour our art galleries and bask in the beauty, or meet up with friends over a fine meal in our restaurants. But even during winter, the Great Outdoors isn't out of bounds in Corvallis. For those who don't mind a bit of wet weather, there's still plenty of excellent hiking to be had and birdwatching to be enjoyed in the scenic panoramas waiting to be discovered in Benton county.
