Truffle Farming A – Z

Truffle Farming A – Z is a two-day gathering designed for beginning and prospective truffle growers, but established growers have given it rave reviews as well.  Each morning features lectures covering a wide range of topics, including the essential climate, habitat, and biology of truffles; detailed guidance on establishing and managing a truffle orchard; and practical advice on harvesting, grading, and shipping your crop. The discussions include comprehensive orchard case studies to bring it all down to earth, and an afternoon in the field touring an established orchard. Both days include ample time for Q&A.

The workshop is led by Dr. Charles Lefevre of New World Truffieres and Dr. Shannon Berch, a truffle researcher for the Government of British Columbia. Joining them is Andy Gallagher from Red Hill Soils.

The program includes two days in the classroom and the field, catered truffled breakfasts and lunches each day, and a Saturday evening social hour at the beautiful home of our orchard tour host.

Tickets are $695 per person. Learn more and get tickets.
