The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is held annually on the second full weekend of July and features three days of NPRA rodeos, the grand parade, a lumberjack competition, a classic car show, the Miss Frolic & Rodeo Queen contest, the Frolic Dance with live music, a beer garden, the Sidewalk Chalk Roundup, a fish rodeo for kids, and more.
