The Monroe Arts Association is a non-profit community art center located in Monroe, Oregon. Dedicated to serving the interests of rural local artists and encouraging a vital, creative community, the Monroe Arts Association hopes to provide everyone with exposure to and education in a wide variety of art experiences.
