Birdie's Pizza features three chefs who met while working at the Gathering Together Farm restaurant in Philomath. They're a small take-out pizza shop focused on quality and community. They source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Their pizza doughs are made from organic grains and slow-fermented. They make their own sausage, ranch, sauces, and more. They offer hand-tossed New York and Detroit pan pizza styles. Slices and whole pies are available. Gluten-free Detroit style is an option, but it's only available as a whole pizza.
