Dawson Officer established 4 Spirits Distillery in 2011 with a mission to create superior craft spirits while honoring all service members both past and present. Enjoy fine spirits and great food in their new tasting room in South Corvallis.
4 Spirits also allows for semi-private dining of up to 30 guests or the rental of their Production Room for groups of up to 100. Plus, they have on-site catering and a full bar of beverage options.
