Compton Family Winery Wine Dinner

Enjoy a wine dinner with Honeybrine Catering and Compton Family Winery! This family-style community event features five courses paired with five wines and ingredients sourced from Willamette Valley farms. You'll learn about the regenerative agricultural practices of Compton Family as well as Honeybrine’s techniques for creating hyper local meals.

Dinner without wine is $60 per person, and dinner with wine pairings is $100 per person. Some dietary restrictions can be accommodated on request.

• Appetizer: Spring vegetable crepe with tarragon hollandaise
• Salad: Spring green salad with roasted watermelon radishes and brown butter vinaigrette
• Soup: French onion and cabbage soup with Camron Ridge sourdough crouton and La Mariposa cheese
• Entree: Coq Au Vine-style roast chicken with Camron Ridge chicken, crispy Totum Farm pork jowl, a red wine reduction, braised mushrooms and onions, a root vegetable fondant, spring persillade, and green vegetables
• Dessert: Rhubarb galette with apple honey sorbet
