‘Halloween With Harry’ Contest

Corvallis-OSU Symphony Orchestra's Halloween With HarryIf you had a chance to speak to one of the characters from the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling, what would you say?

In conjunction with the Halloween With Harry concert on October 27, featuring music from the Harry Potter movies, the Corvallis-OSU Symphony is hosting its third annual contest to help bring some of the wonderful Harry Potter characters to life. Submit your original letter of no more than 500 words, by email, addressed to one of the following characters from the Harry Potter books and movies:

  • Harry Potter
  • Luna Lovegood
  • Professor McGonagall
  • Professor Trelawney
  • Dumbledore
  • Mr. Ollivander

Eight winning letters will be selected to be read during the concert. If your letter is selected, you will receive a free ticket to the concert! Letters must be submitted by email and received by 5 pm on Tuesday, October 15. Please submit your letters by email to Erin Sneller.

All ages are welcome. Students should include their age and grade. For information on the Harry Potter Concert and pre-concert activities for ticket holders, go to COSUSymphony.org.
