Common Courage is an exhibition of women’s history that exemplifies many of the experiences and accomplishments shared by Benton County women over the past century.

In 2012, we commemorate the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage in Oregon. This year-long exhibition exemplifies changing roles in politics, education, occupations, fashion, and athletic opportunities, and honors Benton County women in uniform.
